Miles can take up to 2 weeks after your ticket is purchased to be credited to your SkyMiles account. To be eligible for miles, each purchase must originate from delta.com/ticketmaster.
If your ticket was purchased via delta.com/ticketmaster AND more than 2 weeks have passed since your completed activity, please click here to request miles that may be due. To submit your request, select Request Refund or Miles > Mileage Credit > Other SkyMiles Partners. Then complete the rest of the form and include a screenshot of your Ticketmaster confirmation email. Once we have your completed request, including the Ticketmaster confirmation, we’ll work as quickly as possible with Ticketmaster to validate your activity. Once your activity is verified with Ticketmaster, you can expect any missing miles to be posted within 21 days.
